Big Stuff 3 - Distributor based 2 & 3-Step with 1st Gear Spark Retard & ETM/ Spark Retard Upgrade (SR2) (Existing DAE/TRANS)

The 2-step & 3-step starting line control for distributor based and coil-on-plug systems.

ENGINE TORQUE MANAGEMENT (ETM) - The (ETM) Traction Control upgrade utilizes a cylinder (spark) cut-off strategy to control drive shaft speed for an eight (8) second time period using a patent pending, 32 level torque management control algorithm. This system works in conjunction with the BS3 2 & 3-Step starting line control system.

The new 1st Gear Spark Retard with Spark Retard Traction Control System (SR2) uses two independent timing retard systems to control driveshaft speed. Both systems are triggered and function simultaneously. The 1st Gear system uses timing retard as a function of RPM to control the tire in first gear. The system also has user configurable "Time-Out" and "Blend" features to eliminate "sticking" the tire, and ramps the retard timing back to zero. The second timing retard system works in conjuction with the first gear retard system and can intervene at any time. The second timing retard system controls drive shaft speed for an eight (8) second time period using a drive shaft error table to apply user defined timing retard values to control drive shaft speed.

This upgrade is for distributor based BS3 systems with an existing DAE or GM TRANS.
